About a month ago, I watched an episode of diners, drive inns and dives where this Chinese chef made something called a beef roll. It looked so yummy that I decided I was going to try out my own version. I am not very good at descriptions but I can say a beef roll is basically a fried tortilla rolled up with chopped/shredded beef, I don't remember how the beef was cooked but I fried mine and added chopped chili, ginger, garlic, soy, corn flour paste, salt, soy sauce, drops of vinegar and other ingredients I cant remember. after the beef was ready, I fried my tortillas, put two tablespoons full of the beef and rolled them up.
I enjoyed every bite.
